McClelland Hall Event Resources

To request event space and Eller event equipment, fill out a McClelland Hall Event Request Form.  Once the Eller Facilities Team confirms your space request you will need to fill out a Facilities Management Special Event form at least two weeks in advance of the event to alert the custodial staff and to request event setup services.  Eller users will not be charged for the following Eller event equipment, however Facilities Management will charge for clearing, setting and restoring events spaces.

  • Banquet Tables, 60" Round  (27 max)
  • High-Top Tables, 32"  (20 Max)
  • Tables, 6' x 30"  (24 + 6)
  • Chairs, Caper  (96 Max)
  • Chairs, Domino  (36 + 56)
  • Fender audio system
  • ION audio system

Facilities Management has additional equipment available (staging, podium, etc.) for an additional FM charge.

If you plan to have alcohol at your event you need to submit a UA Alcohol Permit Application at least two weeks prior to the event.  Click here for more information.


Campus Resources

UA Facilities Management has additional staff and resources to support events on campus.  Click here to access the UA FM Special Events Request, which contains additional information including equipment availability and costs.  Please not the form must be submitted to Facilities Management at least two weeks prior to the event date.  If your event will have more than 49 guest or if your event will have food you are required to submit a Special Event Request to notify the McClelland Hall custodial staff of your event.  Once the request is submitted you will receive an email confirmation from FM.  Please forward a copy of the confirmation email to facilities@eller.arizona.edu so the Eller Facilities Team can add the information to your reservation.


Alcohol
