McClelland Hall Event Resources
The following Eller equipment is available to use for Eller College events:
- Banquet Tables, 60" Round (27 max)
- High-Top Tables, 32" (20 Max)
- Tables, 6' x 30" (24 + 6)
- Chairs, Caper (96 Max)
- Chairs, Domino (36 + 56)
- Fender audio system
- ION audio system

Campus Resources
UA Facilities Management has additional staff and resources to support events on campus. Click here to access the UA FM Special Events Request, which contains additional information including equipment availability and costs. Please not the form must be submitted to Facilities Management at least two weeks prior to the event date. If your event will have more than 49 guest or if your event will have food you are required to submit a Special Event Request to notify the McClelland Hall custodial staff of your event. Once the request is submitted you will receive an email confirmation from FM. Please forward a copy of the confirmation email to facilities@eller.arizona.edu so the Eller Facilities Team can add the information to your reservation.
